From our first point of contact they were professional and excellent communicators. Through the replacement I was kept well informed and offered professional suggestions without any sales pressure. I was proactively made aware of how and when suggestions would be made and ended up needing to add a small amount of additional work to the project at their suggestion. When they suggested that expansion of the scope of the work, their suggestion was grounded in strong and clear logic which made me feel secure in the decision to go ahead with it. Carroll climbed right up on the roof, identified the problem areas, and even took photos so we could clearly see what was going on. As a bonus, he cleaned our gutters with his air blower for free, which was a really nice surprise. The next day, Carroll and his partner Barry came back and carefully explained the entire roofing process. We originally wanted the very best package available, but since we’re retirees preparing to sell our home, we chose the premium package that fit our budget. The crew arrived and did an outstanding job. They were clean, quick, and very professional. Carroll himself was on the job site at least twice, even helping with some of the work and making sure everything was going smoothly. He stayed in communication with us the entire time, which we really appreciated. At the end of the job, the site was spotless. Carroll made sure every nail was cleaned up so our dog could safely play in the yard again. Our neighbors were getting their roof done, and Carroll Swartz  came by to say hi and ask if his crew could help with a construction cleanup at our place. He also offered us a free roof inspection, which we thought was nice—but honestly, we didn’t think we needed a new roof. Once he went into the attic, though, he found a bunch of mold around our chimney from a leak we didn’t even know about. Yikes! The roof was old, sure, but we had no idea it was that bad. Carroll did a really thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. Since our neighbors were so happy with the service, and because his crew was finishing up next door, we were able to get a great deal to have our roof done too. The guys were polite, fast, and left the place spotless. Communication was easy and stress-free. We’re so happy with our new roof and would highly recommend Pacific Sierra Roofing. No showed the first time then the second time after confirming time and day he still did not come. After calling him he blew us off like it was our fault.
